General terms and conditions
The present Contracting Conditions regulate the use of the online shop https://www.mueblesmarieta.com/, for which Muebles Marieta, S.L., from now on Muebles Marieta, is legally responsible. These Conditions will be accepted by the parties without reservation, and may be modified at any time and without prior notice, so it will be the responsibility of the User to read them each time he or she makes a purchase, as the conditions in force at the time the contract is concluded will be those applicable to him or her.
This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish law and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 of the Information Services Society and E-Commerce (LSSICE) and by the General Law 03/2014 for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).
The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. The present general conditions can be stored and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of his internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding to pay for the order.
User Account and Error Correction
In order to make online purchases in this shop, you can either register by creating a “User Account”, or make a quick purchase without registration (as a guest user).
If you make the purchase as a guest, the personal data will not be stored on the website, nor will it be possible to check the order history. The personal data will be kept only for the management and delivery of the products ordered.
If you decide to register, you will receive an email confirming that the process has been successful and a reminder of your access details. From your account you will be able to make purchases, check your order history, change your password, modify your personal data, change your shipping and billing addresses, make comments, and other procedures or formalities related to your purchases.
In addition, you can access your private account at any time to check your personal information and addresses and, if necessary, correct any errors that may have been made when entering the data or update them. Shipping and billing addresses may also be corrected or updated throughout the checkout process.
You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email from the address you want to unsubscribe to [email protected], which will lead to the cancellation of your personal data.
Buying at Muebles Marieta is easy and simple, just follow these steps:
1.- Select the products you wish to purchase from those offered by Muebles Marieta. By clicking on each product, you will access its file, which includes a detailed description with the information, main characteristics and price. If you need more information, do not hesitate to ask us. NOTE: In the case of product files with photographs, the products may undergo slight variations in colour or texture with respect to the photograph that appears on the website, due to different factors, for example, the resolution of your monitor. However, we will do our best to ensure that the images are as faithful to reality as possible.
2º.- Once you have selected the product/s you wish to buy, you must press the “Add to Cart” button, and the product will be added to your shopping cart. If you wish, you can continue adding more products to the cart, or proceed directly to payment.
3º.- Once the product selection has been completed, a summary will appear identifying the article/s selected. Finally, to continue with your order, you must press the “Finish Purchase” button.
4º.- As we have indicated in previous sections, when you finish your purchase, you have the option to do so by registering, or make a quick purchase without registering (as a guest user). When you register, you must indicate your contact details and address, and in your next purchases you will not have to enter your details again.
5º.- Finally, you must accept these Sale Conditions and choose the payment means for your order from those offered by Muebles Marieta (see next section).
6º.- Once the contracting process has been completed, we will send you an e-mail detailing the contract data, as well as proof of purchase or invoice. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, or if you notice any error in the data entered, please contact us by any of the following means:

Muebles Marieta offers you the possibility to pay your order through wire transfer to our bank account:

If you choose this payment option, once the order has been completed, the details required to make the bank wire transfer will appear on the screen. In addition, we will send you an email with the amount of the order, the concept that you must indicate and the account number. It is important to speed up the billing and shipping of the order that, at the time of making the wire transfer, you indicate like a concept your order reference, provided by Muebles Marieta in the email.
Transfers can take up to 48 hours to become cash, take noticed with this about delivery times. Once confirmed the payment, will be invoiced, packed and sent. If you wish to speed up this process you can send us an email with the receipt to [email protected]
- Credit or debit card
Payment by credit or debit card is made through Banco Santander’s secure payment gateway. By this payment method, Muebles Marieta never collects or manipulates any customer data related to your card number. All data is processed directly by Banco Santander, so that Muebles Marieta can always offer the greatest transaction security, transparency and confidentiality.
The cards currently accepted by the payment gateway are Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, in addition to those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000 and Servired networks. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to answer them.
Make the payment with your PayPal account. Through this payment method, Muebles Marieta never collects or manipulates any bank details. All data is treated directly by Paypal, so that Muebles Marietas can can always offer the greatest transaction security, transparency and confidentiality.
Muebles Marieta offers you the option of using the Aplazame payment system, for greater flexibility with your purchases payment.

The shipment will be made by the courier companies DASCHER, FURNITURE, GUILLEN. Our products delivery time will depend on their availability. This term is indicated in the product file in our website, as well as in the purchase confirmation mail that client receives. All delivery times are approximate and estimated in working days. If the order contains several products, the delivery time will correspond to the longest delivery time.

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product (out of stock), our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you once the selected product is available the delivery time.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any preference for delivery times, you can indicate it in the order commentary and we will try to comply (to the extent of the possibilities of route and time of the carrier).
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for the failure to comply with or delay in obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as majeure force or fortuitous event. Although most deliveries are made on time, delays may occasionally occur due to errors in data transcription, inclement weather, large order dates, etc. In this case, please contact us to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In addition, compliance with deadlines also depends on third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, lock-outs, accidents or other majeure force that prevent compliance.
Prices, taxes, fees and tariffs
Prices are expressed in Euros, and are valid except for typographical error. In the event of a manifest error in the setting of the price that appears in the product file, the price established for that product in the informative email that we will provide you when we detect the error will prevail. Muebles Marieta is not obliged to supply products (even if the Shipping Confirmation has been sent) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have been reasonably recognized by the client as an incorrect price.
Muebles Marieta´s products prices may vary, but (except as stated above) possible changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent.
The price of the items includes VAT.
At Muebles Marieta we wish you satisfaction with your order. Therefore, we provide you with several methods to return an item that may not meet your needs or expectations. Possible cases of return or withdrawal:
A.- The product is wrong, has a defect or has been damaged during transportation:
We take great care to ensure that all our items and shipments are in perfect condition. If, however, you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us at 912 974 237 / 963 111 777. Before opening the product, check that the packaging matches the one requested: colour, size, finish, etc. If there is any anomaly, also make an immediate complaint, before opening the seal or the packaging itself.
When the product has been damaged during transportation it is essential that you inform us the same day you receive the goods and that you write the incident on the delivery note from the carrier.
Products must be returned in a protected manner, including in a protective box or bag. Muebles Marieta provides the buyer with a transport company for goods removal, completely free of charge. If you wish to return the goods with a transport company other than the one proposed by Muebles Marieta, and the transport company selected offers higher rates, you will have to assume the difference in the transportation cost.
We don’t want you to keep anything you don’t like, so you can return an item if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, and provided that you are a private buyer, you have the right of withdrawal, under which you can return the product, provided that it is not a digital product from which the download has been initiated.
The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be made within a maximum period of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from its receipt. You must notify us, by e-mail [email protected], of your decision to withdraw from the purchase (you may use the following withdrawal form, if you wish).
C.- If you have not received the order yet:
If you have not received your order yet and wish to cancel or modify it, you only have to inform us the changes you wish to make, without this entailing any cost if your order has not been processed yet.

Except for those which, by their nature, are excluded from the regulations on guarantees for consumer goods, all our products are guaranteed nationally against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase (or date of delivery, if later), or one year if the item is not new.
We shall be liable for any lack of conformity, of which the buyer must inform us within two months of becoming aware.
If the defect or lack of conformity arises in the first 6 months from the delivery of the article, whether it is a new or second hand product, it is presumed that the defect or lack of conformity already existed when the product was invoiced (or delivered, if it is at a later time), i.e. that there is an original or manufacturing defect of the product, unless we can prove that the defect or lack of conformity is not from origin but is due, for example, to a misuse or maintenance given by the buyer.
On the other hand, if the defect or the lack of conformity arises from the first 6 months up to 2 years, the presumption that the defect comes from the factory does not exist.
In the event of a defective product, we may, as appropriate, repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, all of which shall be free of charge for the purchaser (including transport costs, if any).
Defects and damage caused by external events, accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with our instructions or those of the manufacturer (incorrect use) or normal wear and tear are therefore excluded from the guarantee. Also, products modified or repaired by the client or any other person not authorized by Muebles Marieta, as well as products that are the object of a specific contract. In these cases the consumer must take care of the repair.
By regulation, and unless proved otherwise, the products will be understood to be in conformity with the contract provided that they meet all the requirements expressed below:
They fit the description made and have the qualities of the product we have presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
They are suitable for the uses to which similar products are normally put.
They must be of the quality and performance normally associated with the same type product of which the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.
As required by new European regulations, we inform users of the existence of a European dispute resolution platform for online contracts.
