Where do we ship?

All over Europe, mainly to: Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Portugal and Italy.

Do we ship to the Canary and Balearic Islands?

Yes, by entering the delivery address you can deduct the VAT costs directly.

Then at the time of delivery, customs fees must be paid to the transport company.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free of charge to all countries!

This standard delivery is made at street level in all countries. If, on the other hand, you need a lift to your home, you will have to hire a premium delivery. Please note that the logistics of these deliveries are more complicated and could be delayed.

How much does home delivery cost?

In the case of Spain, you can select it directly at the time of purchase.

For shipments to other countries, send us an email and we will send you a quote for the service.

What happens if I receive a damaged order from the transport company?

If you receive merchandise in poor condition it is important that you notify us immediately.

How does the return work if I don't like the product?

In case of return because you don’t like the product You will be refunded the total amount minus the transport costs corresponding to the return (these depend on the product and shipping zone).

How long do I have to return the order?

The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be made within a maximum period of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from its receipt. You must notify us, by e-mail [email protected], of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. Or through: https://www.mueblesmarieta.com/en/withdrawal-form/ 

How should I return the product?

In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition, as well as all parts. In the event that the products do not arrive in perfect condition, or in their original packaging, Muebles Marieta reserves the right to pay a lower amount on the return, which will be notified to you, and may result in the total loss of the amount.

When will I receive a refund?
The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the state of the goods has been checked, by the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of the confirmed receipt of the products in the Muebles Marieta warehouses, provided that Muebles Marieta manages the collection of the article. In the event that you return the article through a transport company of your choice, the 14 day period will begin to count from the reception of the goods.
 
The return costs derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be paid by the buyer.

DELIVERY TIME

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All delivery times are indicated on the product sheet.

Times vary depending on product availability and/or manufacturing time.

What is the delivery time for manufacturing products?

The products of our own manufacture are made to order. The delivery time is about 15 working days for manufacture and then about 2-5 days for shipment.

What should I do if I want special measures?

If you want a manufacturing product (such as tables, stools or benches) in a size that we do not offer on the website.

You can write us an email with the model and exact measurements. This way we will evaluate with our team the possibility of the project and we will generate a budget adapted to your needs.

Can I order a product in a colour that is not available on the website?

As manufacturers we offer the customization of many of our products. There is the possibility of reupholstering, or painting the structures and woods in new colours. If you are looking for something special, you can write us an email with the model and editions you would like to make.

In this way we will evaluate with our team the possibility of the project and we will generate a budget adapted to your needs.
